Sri Lanka’s Port City is set to feature a new landmark: a 15-meter tall Grand Clock designed to rival London’s Big Ben. The clock will be part of the Clothespin Towers, a mega-project by Clothespin Management and Development (Private) Limited, with an investment of over $540 million. This project is expected to be a contender for the Guinness World Records as the world’s largest art piece and will include luxury residences, a seven-star hotel, and the world’s largest vertical art gallery. The development is one of several Port City projects that have been granted a 25-year tax exemption.
