Location: No. 21/8B, Level 2, Chandra Silva Mawatha, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Managing site work and supervising laborers.
• Helping plan project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
• Keeping project documents and records updated.
• Giving regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
• Checking daily work and fixing issues on-site.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Freshers or undergraduates in NDT/HND in Quantity Survey / Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Academics: Advanced Level in Maths stream (including Physics).
• Technical Skills: Basic ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Language: Fluency in English / Sinhala language in both written and spoken.
• Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Driving: Having a valid driving license is a plus
