Home Lands’ Bayfonte Marina Resort Construction Progresses in Negombo

Home Lands Group announced that construction is making steady progress on its landmark development, the Bayfonte Marina Resort Apartments and Villas in Negombo. The complex is touted as the first tourist resort apartment development in Sri Lanka.

Following a recent groundbreaking and foundation stone laying ceremony, construction is now well underway for the project, which will feature a total of 288 luxury apartments and 33 exclusive villas. The units are designed to offer modern resort living with views of the lagoon and city, inspired by global waterfront destinations.
