Sanken Overseas (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual eager to gain valuable professional experience with an international organization. This crucial position is based at our Head Office in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing Project Quality Management Manuals and establishing minimum quality standards.
Ensuring construction quality compliance and coordinating with site QC Engineers.
Reviewing ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), MSDs (Material Safety Data Sheets), and verifying material quality and technical data.
Monitoring construction processes to identify and correct deviations.
Maintaining IMS documents (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) and supporting compliance audits.
Coordinating with external auditors and managing certification renewals.
Managing audit and risk assessment schedules and supporting departments with ISO compliance.
Handling internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), non-conformances, and document control.
Delivering ISO 9001 trainings.
Ensuring compliance with domestic regulations and international standards.
Maintaining and improving site-level quality system documents.
Supporting staff with quality data analysis and generating reports.
Facilitating improvements to Quality & Compliance Systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: A four-year full-time BSc (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL).
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of site experience in the construction industry with a reputed organization.
Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
