STEMS CONSULTANTS (PVT) LTD, a leading engineering consultancy firm specializing in structural design, project management, and construction supervision, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structural design for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings, design reports, and calculations.

• Guide and supervise junior engineers and drafting staff.

• Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure project targets are achieved.

• Conduct site inspections and provide effective technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in structural design and consultancy.

• Reading or completed MSc Eng. will be an added advantage.

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or eligibility will also be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD.pro, PLAXIS, REVIT, and others.

• Strong analytical ability, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
