Position: Quantity Surveyor / Technical Officer

Key Requirements:

Proven experience independently managing medium-scale residential and commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, site coordination, and project execution
Preferred Qualifications:

NCT
HND
HNDE
NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)

Valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence (Mandatory)
Ability to work independently with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
